As digitalization agents (affiliated with the program managed by the public entity Red.es), our company offers SMEs Digitalization Solutions – Digital Kit, detailed below, so that SMEs can access the aid established in said program.
Solution 1 – E-commerce
Eac© Oficina Virtual Web B2B
EacGi ERP – has a B2B Web e-commerce module that provides an advanced solution for companies selling to other companies. This Web solution will allow you to provide each customer with personalized treatment through the Web, showing them prices, discounts, and promotions applicable to them, informing them about the products they usually buy or have previously ordered to achieve loyalty and repeat orders with minimal clicks. This portal is also a virtual office, as it allows the customer to check the status of their orders, download copies of delivery notes, invoices, know which products can be sent to them immediately, etc.
Eac Web B2B Portal is a Cloud solution (SaaS formula), quickly deployable, in which the SME client is provided with everything necessary.
The cost of the solution consists of an initial price of around €500 + VAT, to carry out all the customization of the portal (logos, corporate colours, configuration of options), and a monthly cost of €50/month or more, depending on the features and volume of transactions it has to support. This cost includes the hosting system (high availability and speed servers). To have this solution, it is necessary to have ERP- EacGi.
Eac© ERP synchronization with B2C Web stores
If you have a B2C Web store (retail sales), this EacGi ERP module provides total automation (data synchronization) between the ERP and the Web store, so that the data of the items, data, images, prices, offers, stock availability data, will be inserted and updated automatically by the ERP in the Web store without human intervention, automating the entire process, start-up, and operation of your Web store safely.
When a customer makes a purchase on the Web, the order data and payment information will be automatically downloaded by the ERP. When the product is shipped to the customer, the ERP EacGi will update this information on the Web store and/or automatically send an email to the customer to inform them of the shipment of the product.
This feature is available for immediate implementation of synchronization with Web stores developed under the Woocommerce or Prestashop platforms.

Eac© CRM facilitates the management and monitoring of business opportunities, the composition and updating of databases of potential customers (it also allows importing data from various sources), organizing commercial campaigns, tracking them (visits, phone calls, telemarketing, email marketing,…). Analyse the activities of each member of the commercial department through the various dashboards.

The cost of the solution is €15/month + VAT per user, with a minimum of €50/month + VAT. This cost includes the hosting system (high availability and speed servers).
Eac© CRM (Commercial Business Intelligence)
Eac© CRM BI addresses the needs of commercial control and monitoring after sales for companies that sell repeatedly to their customers (other companies). It is an advanced and automatic solution that provides via Web immediate statistical information to each member of the commercial department and management about the evolution of sales of each customer and products, but above all, it offers automatic alerts about decreasing sales, allowing to focus on those customers that require attention, thus improving commercial efficiency.

It is a Cloud solution (SaaS formula), quickly deployable, in which the SME client is provided with everything necessary.

Eac©Gi – ERP – ST – Services, works, workshops of various types
Eac©Gi ERP through this module, provides the most advanced solution to companies engaged in >service or productive activities, such as works, custom manufacturing, or small production runs, as it includes all the processes that need to be managed for these activities, i.e., sales processes (estimates), start-up of service or production processes (Work Orders/Production), Purchasing/Supply Management associated with processes, recording of activities through control stations in the workshop, and/or mobile phone (work outside), management of subcontractors and work carried out by suppliers in their workshops, personnel management and control.
It has powerful dashboards, which allow analysing activities, results of work and/or services immediately, controlling activities carried out by personnel (productive hours, presence control, effective hours).

Eac©Gi – ERP – PRO – Serial Production
Eac©Gi ERP PRO, through this module, provides a complete and advanced solution to companies that manufacture products in series and want to have control and management of their production processes. The system allows defining for each final or semi-finished product, its production breakdowns, operational sequences (production routes), stock movement criteria, cost allocation criteria, quality control, etc. It allows calculating and launching production orders taking into account various data (order portfolio, safety stocks), calculating material requirements (MRP), times, and occupation of production resources. It allows recording activities through control stations in the factory (optical or tactile reading). It facilitates the automation of stock movements and allows obtaining a valued inventory (raw materials, semi-finished, and finished) at any time. It allows managing and controlling processes that are very automated and simple, externalized processes.
It has powerful dashboards, which allow analysing activities, costs (planned according to the breakdown, actual according to production activity, deviations and their causes), material utilization, inefficiencies. It facilitates total traceability of processes, batches, lots, etc.

Electronic invoicing – Facturae / EDI
Eac©Gi ERP allows the issuance of electronic invoices in Facturae format. This service has no additional cost as it is included among the basic features in the program. There is also no additional cost for EDI if electronic invoices are sent via the AECOC platform.
In the event that you need to send or receive electronic invoices through other EDI platforms, the cost will vary depending on the platform and the requirements of each platform to communicate data.
